What to check before joining

  • Eligibility: whether the offer is limited to first-time members, and whether a previous trial or membership makes you ineligible.
  • Credits and duration: the number of credits, the trial end date, and any booking restrictions.
  • Local availability: whether places you want to visit accept bookings through ClassPass, and how many credits those bookings require.
  • Renewal: the plan, price, and billing date that apply after the trial unless you cancel.
  • Other charges: the terms for late cancellations, missed reservations, and any paid extras.

Renewal and cancellation

Before starting, check the cancellation instructions in your account and set a reminder before the displayed billing date. Review what cancellation does to remaining trial credits and reservations. Deleting an app is not a reliable way to cancel a subscription; use the cancellation method ClassPass provides and retain confirmation.
